NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF RAYMOND PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Sec. 236.45, Wis. Stats., a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Raymond, Racine County, Wisconsin, at 7:00 p.m. on May 13, 2008 at the Raymond Town Hall, 2255 S. 76th Street, Franksville, Wisconsin 53126, with respect to the consideration of Ordinance No. 2008-03 for the amendment of Article VI of Chapter 26 relating to the requirements for Land Division, Subdivision, Road Construction, Drainage and Stormwater Management under the Land Division, Subdivision and Development Control Chapter of the Code of Ordinances, Town of Raymond, Racine County, Wisconsin. Said ordinance contains changes to the current requirements. You are further notified that a copy of said proposed ordinance will be on file and open for public inspection in the office of the Town Clerk at 2255 S. 76th Street, Franksville, Wisconsin 53126 beginning the first date of publication of this notice.
